The latest instalment of the 888poker World Series of Poker docuseries was released over the weekend, and the 888poker team gear up to take on the WSOP Main Event.
The episode kicks off with StreamTeam members Aaron Barone and Nick Eastwood flipping cards for swap percentages on their buy-ins. Should Eastwood turn over the highest card, the duo must swap 2% of each other. If it's the middle card, they'll exchange 1% and should the lowest card be flipped over, then the camera crew get a piece of Eastwood and Barone instead.
Eastwood turned over an eight, which ended up being the high-card and the Englishman was delighted to be getting more of a piece of Barone's action. The latter, however, seemed less enthused.

The 888poker ambassadors then get ready for the Main Event shuffle and deal, but one particular roster member was running on fumes before the first card was dealt.
The day before the Main Event, ambassador Lucia Navarro was battling in the MGM Grand Summer Poker Festival. She took a shot in the $1,700 Moneymaker Tour Main Event and made a deep run all the way into fifth place, earning a $91,855 payday, the best cash of her career.
"My confidence is super high, I'm [feeling] unbeatable, and then I felt super tired. I couldn't even open my eyes, so I had to buy some sunglasses [to play]," she said.

For another year, 888poker drafted in popular podcaster Jack "JaackMaate" Dean and with a moniker like that, you'd think a pair of jacks would help propel his chip stack. Despite flopping top set of jacks, JaackMaate's opponent went runner-runner to make a flush, denting his stack. However, he managed to keep his cool, ending his Day 1 flight with 30,900, a little over half a starting stack.
Eastwood recalled his Day 1 journey as one of his wildest days of poker. He folded pocket kings preflop while battling a migraine. Despite the minefield that the WSOP Main Event presents, he managed to end the first five levels of play with 77,800.
Vivian Saliba also experienced a fruitful day on the WSOP felt, bagging up 87,100. Navarro overcame her fatigue and saw her stack head in the direction, wrapping up with 94,700.
Barone was the best-performing ambassador from the Day 1's, piloting over a stack of 97,900 to Day 2.
